All shipments that are refused will be sent back to the placed from which it was shipped. Any charges suffered will be deducted from the client’s refund.
Shipments will require a signature and may be delivered during business hours.
Tracking of shipment will be provided as soon as the shipment has left the warehouse.
If you purchased wheels that require machining or mounting, your tracking should be available within 2-3 days. This may vary during busy season or holidays.
If you have not received your tracking within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact us.
Overweight orders may be subject to extra shipping fees. Customer will be contacted before the order is shipped out in order to confirm the extra charge.
Customer must test fit wheels before mounting tires. (Put wheels on car without tires to make sure there is no fitment issue)
At wheelsnearme.ca we place our customers among the highest priority. We feel as returns should be done as fast and effective as possible. If there are any issues with the products you have received, we ask that you send your concerns to email@example.com or call 514-806-5637
Received Damaged or Incorrect Item:
If you have received the wrong items or the package arrived damaged, we ask that you take pictures and send an email right away to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to get the items returned and replaced.
Return of a new product:
-All products are fully inspected upon receipt. Customer may return wheels within 30 days of purchase.
-If customer returns an order or refuses upon delivery, the customer must pay the shipping back to the manufacturer and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
-All products must be returned in original packaging.
Returns / Exchanges will not be accepted for items that are:
-Used or damaged
-Mounted and balanced
-Special order / final sale
In the rare case of a wheel not fitting, customer will be asked to take pictures of where the issue lies and send pictures and VIN to email@example.com. Customer will be contacted shortly after with solutions offered.
Wheels that are not approved for winter:
-Wheels with a machined face
-Wheels with a milled trim
Driving on any of the above wheels will waive the finish warranty.**
Cleaning your wheels
When cleaning your wheels, it is best to use a non-acidic soap. Wheel cleaning products are optimal but regular hand soap will work great as well.
Be sure to wash your wheels when they are room temperature or cold. Washing wheels that are still hot from driving can result in damaging the finish.
Rinse wheel with hose water.
Pro Tip: Apply a coat of car wax 3-4 times a year. This will maintain that fresh new look of your alloy wheels!
Everyone wants their wheels to stay looking great! Proper wheel storage is essential to keep your wheels looking new. Here are some wheel storage tips that you can do to ensure that your wheels are best maintained:
1.Keep wheels in a dry & clean space.
2.Remove your center caps before storage. Water can be trapped under the center cap and can cause corrosion.
3.Avoid storing wheels in direct sunlight or in a humid area.
4Clean and dry your wheels before putting them in storage.
